Julie & Julia by ldeem |
| This is a laugh outloud book! It takes just the right sense of humor to make me laugh outloud and Julie Powell has it. I could identify with her and ofcourse, love French cooking. Julia Child is a legend in her own right but this book has to help keep that alive. I hope Julia Child knows how many people are reading her cookbook some, 40 something years later. I made a recipe out of it last night, which was superb, and I could just imagine Julie Powell's kitchen. Alot like my remodeled chicken coop! I hope to see the movie soon but I don't think it can be as funny as Julie's writing. |
